How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-10 days for your item to arrive! If you have any questions, please contact us through our Contact Us form.
Why did I only got part of my order?
Don't worry! We keep our items at a couple of different places, so that means your order may be split into multiple shipments.
Why is my shipping more expensive than the last time I ordered?
Right now our items are in a variety of places. Because of this, sometimes items that come from different places will have separate shipping. We are working on improving this!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries across the globe.
If you want items from a country that is not listed during checkout, please contact us through our Contact Us form and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request!
Please note that some countries impose import taxes, customs duties and extra fees, which are levied upon arrival of the order at the recipient’s destination. If your country imposes such additional costs, these charges are your responsibility. Sorry, but we cannot mark items as gifts.
